Recruiting during Covid-19 crisis

For new employees who will soon be joining Leonardo, we want to welcome you to our organisation.

Our top priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of all our employees, customers and other stakeholders, whilst doing what is reasonable to keep Leonardo UK functioning and meeting our commitments. Limiting the number of employees attending sites will help keep those with business-critical roles, unable to work from home, as safe as possible at this time.

If you are set to join us during this period of social distancing, we will do all we can to accommodate you starting promptly. However, some start dates may be altered. If this is the case, you will accrue benefits from your original start date.

Once your starting date is confirmed, our HR team will be in contact to advise you of how to join our new e-induction programmes.

Interviewing Process

During the current extraordinary circumstances, if you apply for a vacancy and are selected for an interview, please expect the interview to be conducted remotely. Our recruiting team will be in contact to arrange a telephone or video interview.

We will be constantly reviewing our on-boarding and interviewing processes and will inform you of any relevant changes.
