Network Groups

At Leonardo, our network groups are the place for like-minded people and their allies to come together, help shape engagement and lead associated educational initiatives with all our people to deliver an inclusive and consistent experience for everyone in the UK.

An inclusive organisation is one that enables the mix of diverse perspectives to work – by teaming and leading inclusively – to achieve better results and create an environment where everyone can be the best they can be.

As part of our commitment to inclusion and diversity, Leonardo is a member of Inclusive Employers, which helps us consolidate and continue to evolve our work in this area, sharing ideas and best practices with a range of fellow members across many different sectors.

We have our network groups because we know everyone is different and this difference matters. Our challenge is to help our people understand this and develop the ability to look within, creating a better working world. Our networks are an integral part of our inclusion programme and are invaluable in helping us bring this to life through supporting our education and awareness work through blogs, articles and face-to-face activity across our UK sites.
