Beyond the 12-week placement
Following the initial 12-week stage, Leonardo continues supporting returners through mentoring and networking, learning and development, and professional registration.
Returners have the option to work with an internal business mentor, upon completion of their placement period. We will continue to arrange lunchtime networking opportunities as a cohort and beyond.
Development continues after the initial 12-week placement, with Returners having access to the full range of Coursera distance learning courses and qualifications. Leonardo provides a recommended list as a starter for ten.
Returners are also able to attend awareness sessions hosted for our Graduate intake in September, to increase their business awareness, if required.
As a Returner, you will be supported in working towards Professional Registration, if you so choose. Whilst undertaking this activity, Leonardo pays your membership fees of the relevant Institution. Your mentor will also support you in achieving this.
